Whites were relentless from the off. Blacks couldn't live with the pace and intensity on the night. 4–9.
Whites were imperious. Blacks had their moments — both of them. 9–14. To be honest, the sun was low and the 5 goal margin was because the blacks were at the wrong end. Mother Nature.
Breathless stuff. Both sides pushed hard but Blacks had the edge when it mattered. 11–8.
Blacks squeezed it over the line. 10–9. One goal and what felt like a lifetime of footballing anxiety.
Carnage. Utter carnage. Whites ran riot and Blacks had absolutely no answer whatsoever. 5–15.
If you wanted goals, this was your game. 5–8. Whites scored enough to win and then some.
A really good, tight game, was 3-3 at half time. Blacks took the lead soon after with 2 thunder strikes from Lee Butler, who had an outstanding game all round, and never relinquished it, despite a great effort by the Whites. The coveted MOTM award was shared by Butler and Stu Coomer.
Comfortable viewing if you're Whites. Considerably less so if you're Blacks. 8–14.
Blacks were a class above from first whistle to last. 11–6 — a dominant display.
